Fahdu is a creator-interaction platform built to help users discover, support, and interact with creators through subscriptions, paid chats, live streams, calls, wishlist contributions, tips, unlocked content, and other digital services.These Community Guidelines explain what is allowed, what is not allowed, and how users and creators are expected to behave on Fahdu.By using Fahdu, creating an account, interacting with creators, applying as a creator, posting content, sending messages, purchasing coins, or using any paid feature, you agree to follow these Community Guidelines along with Fahdu’s User Terms of Service, Creator Terms, Refund Policy, Coins & Wallet Policy, Privacy Policy, Account Deletion Policy, CSAE Policy, and other applicable policies.Fahdu may update these Community Guidelines from time to time to protect users, creators, platform safety, legal compliance, payment partners, app-store requirements, and the overall quality of the community.
1. Our Community Principles
Fahdu is built on five core principles:
RespectUsers, creators, and Fahdu team members must be treated with dignity and respect.
ConsentInteractions, content, messages, and creator-user communication must be consensual and lawful.
SafetyHarassment, exploitation, abuse, blackmail, fraud, and unsafe behavior are not allowed.
TransparencyUsers and creators should not mislead each other about pricing, services, identity, content, outcomes, or expectations.
Platform IntegrityFahdu must not be used for fraud, illegal activity, off-platform payment abuse, policy bypassing, or exploitation of users or creators.
2. Who Must Follow These Guidelines
These Guidelines apply to:
users;
fans;
creators;
subscribers;
viewers;
account holders;
people applying to become creators;
anyone using Fahdu’s website, app, support channels, creator tools, payment features, or community features.
These Guidelines apply to activity on Fahdu and may also apply to off-platform conduct where it affects Fahdu users, creators, safety, payments, disputes, brand trust, or platform integrity.
3. Age and Eligibility
Fahdu is intended only for individuals who are at least 18 years old or the age of majority under applicable law, whichever is higher.You must not use Fahdu if you are underage.Creators must not create, upload, promote, sell, request, or distribute any content or interaction involving minors in a sexual, exploitative, unsafe, suggestive, coercive, or inappropriate manner.Fahdu has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material, child exploitation, grooming, coercion, blackmail, trafficking, or sexual content involving minors.Any minor-safety concern must be reported immediately to Fahdu.
4. Respectful Conduct
You must treat other users, creators, and Fahdu team members respectfully.You must not:
harass, abuse, threaten, bully, intimidate, shame, stalk, or exploit anyone;
repeatedly message someone after they have asked you to stop;
send abusive, degrading, hateful, insulting, or threatening messages;
pressure creators or users into unwanted conversations, content, calls, or services;
make personal attacks based on appearance, gender, caste, religion, nationality, disability, language, age, profession, or identity;
encourage others to harass or attack a user, creator, or Fahdu employee;
misuse support channels to threaten, abuse, or manipulate outcomes.
Fahdu may restrict accounts involved in harassment or abusive conduct.
5. Consent and Boundaries
All interactions on Fahdu must be consensual, lawful, and respectful.Users must not pressure creators for:
personal contact details;
private meetings;
off-platform calls;
sexual services;
illegal services;
non-consensual content;
content outside the creator’s stated boundaries;
free content after payment is declined;
refunds through threats or harassment;
content involving third parties without consent.
Creators must not pressure users for:
off-platform payments;
repeated spending;
personal information;
private financial details;
emotional manipulation;
false emergencies;
illegal services;
content or communication outside platform rules.
Consent can be withdrawn. If someone refuses, stops responding, blocks, reports, or sets a boundary, that boundary must be respected.
6. Prohibited Content and Activity
You must not upload, send, request, promote, sell, purchase, livestream, distribute, or encourage content or activity involving:
child sexual abuse material or child exploitation;
sexual content involving minors;
grooming, coercion, blackmail, trafficking, or exploitation;
non-consensual intimate content;
revenge porn;
deepfake sexual content without consent;
illegal sexual services;
prostitution, escort services, or solicitation;
trafficking or forced services;
threats, violence, or incitement;
self-harm encouragement;
hate speech;
targeted harassment;
doxxing or sharing private personal information;
impersonation;
fraud, scams, phishing, or financial abuse;
illegal drugs, weapons, gambling, or criminal activity;
copyrighted content without permission;
malware, bots, scripts, or harmful code;
any activity prohibited by law, app-store rules, payment partner rules, or Fahdu policy.
7. Adult, Mature, and Sensitive Content Boundaries
Fahdu may allow certain creator niches, styling, glamour, lifestyle, fashion, entertainment, or mature-audience content where permitted by law, app-store rules, payment partner rules, and Fahdu’s internal policies.However, not all adult, suggestive, provocative, “soft,” bold, or mature content is automatically allowed.Creators and users must not use Fahdu for:
escort services;
prostitution;
paid physical intimacy;
illegal sexual services;
in-person sexual meetings;
explicit sexual transactions;
non-consensual sexual content;
sexual content involving minors;
sexual blackmail;
trafficking;
solicitation of illegal adult services;
off-platform sexual service arrangements.
Fahdu may remove, restrict, demonetize, downrank, or prohibit content that creates legal, safety, payment partner, app-store, brand, or reputational risk.
8. Child Safety and CSAE
Fahdu has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material, child exploitation, grooming, sexual content involving minors, trafficking, coercion, or related activity.You must not:
upload, request, sell, share, joke about, simulate, promote, or distribute child sexual abuse material;
sexualize minors;
request content from or involving minors;
groom or attempt to manipulate minors;
use Fahdu to exploit, threaten, blackmail, or coerce any person;
evade age restrictions;
falsely present a minor as an adult or an adult as a minor;
ignore or hide child-safety concerns.
Fahdu may remove content, suspend accounts, preserve records, and report serious child-safety concerns to appropriate authorities where required or appropriate.Child-safety complaints are treated as urgent and may bypass normal support workflows.
9. Harassment, Blackmail, and Coercion
Fahdu does not allow harassment, blackmail, coercion, threats, or intimidation.Examples of prohibited conduct include:
threatening to leak chats, photos, videos, or personal details;
threatening bad reviews or public posts to force a refund;
pressuring someone to send content;
demanding personal meetings;
repeatedly contacting someone after refusal;
threatening creators for not replying;
threatening users for not paying;
emotional manipulation for money;
using private information to control or shame someone;
encouraging others to target a person.
Fahdu may suspend or terminate accounts involved in blackmail, coercion, or threats.
10. Identity, Impersonation, and Misrepresentation
You must not impersonate another person, creator, brand, company, Fahdu employee, public figure, or user.You must not:
use fake identity documents;
create fake creator profiles;
use another person’s photos without permission;
claim false verification;
mislead users about your identity;
misrepresent your age;
pretend to be Fahdu support;
create fake payment links;
create fake Fahdu pages, groups, handles, or websites;
mislead users about earnings, pricing, services, or platform approval.
Fahdu may require verification and may remove accounts that appear fake, misleading, or impersonating.
11. Payments and Off-Platform Transactions
All payments for Fahdu features, creator services, paid chats, calls, live streams, subscriptions, wishlist contributions, tips, and unlocked content must happen through official Fahdu payment channels.Users and creators must not use Fahdu to arrange, request, or accept off-platform payments through:
personal UPI IDs;
bank transfers;
QR codes;
payment wallets;
cash;
private subscription platforms;
social media DMs;
external websites;
any unofficial payment channel.
Off-platform payments are not protected by Fahdu’s refund, support, safety, or dispute processes.Fahdu may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that bypass Fahdu’s payment system.
12. Fraud, Scams, and Payment Abuse
Fahdu does not allow fraud, scams, payment abuse, or platform manipulation.You must not:
use stolen payment methods;
file false chargebacks;
misuse refunds;
create fake transactions;
manipulate wallet balances;
exploit bugs;
create duplicate accounts for offers;
misuse referral programs;
sell or transfer accounts;
use bots or automation;
fake engagement;
manipulate creator earnings;
collude to create artificial transactions;
submit fake screenshots or edited payment proofs.
Fahdu may investigate suspicious activity and may restrict accounts, freeze wallet activity, reverse credits, hold payouts, reject refunds, or take legal action where appropriate.
13. Creator Responsibilities
Creators must maintain professional, lawful, and respectful conduct.Creators must:
provide accurate profile information;
respect user boundaries;
follow content rules;
avoid misleading claims;
deliver creator interactions honestly;
not solicit off-platform payments;
not exploit users emotionally or financially;
not misuse user data;
not share private chats or user details without consent;
not offer illegal, unsafe, or prohibited services;
cooperate with Fahdu during disputes, refund checks, safety reviews, or payout reviews.
Creators are responsible for the content they upload, promote, sell, livestream, or share.
14. User Responsibilities
Users must use Fahdu respectfully and responsibly.Users must:
review pricing before spending coins;
understand that paid digital services may be consumed instantly;
respect creator boundaries;
avoid harassment or pressure;
avoid illegal or prohibited requests;
not demand personal meetings or private contact;
not threaten creators for refunds;
not misuse chargebacks or refund systems;
report genuine issues through official support channels;
keep account credentials secure.
Users are responsible for their account activity and for reviewing purchase details before confirming payments or spending coins.
15. Content Ownership and Rights
You must only upload, share, sell, or promote content that you own or have the right to use.You must not upload or monetize content that violates:
copyright;
trademark rights;
privacy rights;
publicity rights;
confidentiality obligations;
contractual obligations;
image or likeness rights;
any third-party rights.
Fahdu may remove content if it receives complaints or believes the content may violate rights or policies.Repeated or serious violations may lead to account restriction or termination.
16. Privacy and Personal Information
You must respect the privacy of others.You must not:
share someone’s phone number, address, email, payment details, ID documents, private photos, chats, or personal information without consent;
screenshot or publish private conversations to harass, shame, threaten, or exploit someone;
collect user or creator data for spam, scams, or off-platform marketing;
misuse information obtained through Fahdu;
pressure users or creators to reveal sensitive information.
Fahdu may restrict accounts that violate privacy or misuse personal data.
17. Safety Reports and Complaints
Users and creators should report:
harassment;
threats;
blackmail;
impersonation;
payment fraud;
fake accounts;
creator misconduct;
user misconduct;
illegal content;
child-safety concerns;
non-consensual content;
off-platform payment requests;
suspicious activity;
technical/payment issues.
Reports should be sent through the app or to Fahdu support.For faster review, include:
username/user ID;
screenshots;
transaction ID/order ID, if relevant;
date and time;
creator/user involved;
clear explanation of the issue.
Fahdu may ask for more information before taking action.
18. Moderation and Enforcement
Fahdu may review accounts, content, transactions, wallet activity, creator profiles, reports, support complaints, chat/call/live metadata, and other platform records where required for safety, compliance, fraud prevention, payment review, technical review, or policy enforcement.Fahdu may take one or more actions, including:
warning;
content removal;
feature restriction;
profile hiding;
account suspension;
account termination;
wallet restriction;
refund rejection;
coin reversal;
promotional credit reversal;
creator payout hold;
creator payout deduction;
creator monetization restriction;
reporting to authorities where required or appropriate;
legal action in serious cases.
Fahdu may act without prior notice in urgent cases involving safety, fraud, illegal activity, child safety, payment abuse, platform security, or serious policy violation.
19. Appeals
If your account, content, payout, or access is restricted, you may contact Fahdu support to request a review.An appeal should include:
registered email/mobile number;
username/user ID;
explanation of why you believe the action should be reviewed;
evidence supporting your request.
Fahdu may review the appeal at its discretion.Appeals may be denied where the violation is serious, repeated, legally sensitive, safety-related, payment-related, fraudulent, or clearly supported by Fahdu’s records.
20. False Reports and Misuse of Support
Fahdu encourages genuine reports and complaints.However, you must not misuse reporting or support systems by:
filing false reports;
submitting fake evidence;
repeatedly reporting someone to harass them;
threatening Fahdu support;
abusing support staff;
using complaints to force refunds;
making knowingly false allegations;
hiding your own policy violations.
Misuse of support or reporting tools may lead to account restriction.
21. Platform Integrity
You must not interfere with Fahdu’s platform, systems, app, website, security, payments, analytics, creator dashboard, wallet systems, or infrastructure.
scrape data;
reverse engineer the platform;
use bots or automation;
bypass access controls;
exploit bugs;
attempt unauthorized access;
attack servers;
manipulate app behavior;
create artificial activity;
interfere with payment systems;
misuse APIs or technical systems.
Security concerns or bugs should be reported responsibly to Fahdu.
22. Consequences of Violating These Guidelines
Violations may result in:
warning;
content removal;
refund denial;
feature restriction;
coin or wallet restriction;
temporary suspension;
permanent account termination;
creator monetization removal;
payout hold or deduction;
reversal of promotional credits;
cancellation of subscriptions or access;
reporting to law enforcement or regulators;
legal action, where appropriate.
The action taken will depend on the severity, frequency, impact, evidence, risk, and account history.Some violations may result in immediate termination without warning.
23. Relationship with Other Fahdu Policies
These Community Guidelines should be read together with Fahdu’s:

Creator Terms;
Refund Policy;
Coins & Wallet Policy;
Privacy Policy;
Account Deletion Policy;
CSAE Policy;
Payment & Payout Policy;
Creator Content Policy;
Grievance Redressal Policy.
If there is any inconsistency between these Guidelines and another Fahdu policy, Fahdu may interpret the policies in a commercially reasonable manner considering user safety, creator safety, legal compliance, payment integrity, platform records, and the purpose of the relevant policy.
