This Account Deletion Policy explains how users and creators can request deletion of their Fahdu account, what happens to account data, wallet balance, unused coins, active subscriptions, creator earnings, pending payouts, refunds, disputes, and records after deletion.
By using Fahdu, creating an account, purchasing coins, subscribing to creators, using paid features, applying as a creator, or requesting account deletion, you agree to this Account Deletion Policy along with Fahdu’s User Terms of Service, Creator Terms, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Coins & Wallet Policy, Community Guidelines, CSAE Policy, and other applicable platform policies.
Purpose of this Policy
Fahdu respects your right to request deletion of your account.
This Policy is designed to explain:
- how to delete your account;
- what you should review before deleting your account;
- how unused paid coins and wallet balance are handled;
- what happens to used coins and consumed services;
- what happens to active subscriptions;
- what happens to creator accounts and pending payouts;
- what data may be deleted;
- what data may be retained;
- when deletion may be delayed;
- how reactivation may work, if available.
How to Delete Your Fahdu Account
You may request deletion of your Fahdu account through the Fahdu app, where available.
To delete your account:
- Log in to your Fahdu account.
- Go to Settings.
- Select Manage Your Account.
- Choose Delete Account.
- Review the account deletion information.
- Confirm your deletion request.
If you are unable to access your account or cannot complete the deletion process through the app, you may contact Fahdu support at:

Before You Delete Your Account
Before requesting or confirming account deletion, you should carefully review:
- unused paid coins;
- wallet balance;
- bonus coins or promotional credits;
- active subscriptions;
- pending transactions;
- open refund requests;
- unresolved payment issues;
- pending disputes;
- support complaints;
- paid chats;
- call/live-stream usage;
- unlocked content;
- wishlist contributions;
- tips;
- creator interactions;
- creator earnings, if you are a creator;
- pending creator payouts, if applicable.
Once your account is deleted, you may lose access to your profile, wallet visibility, coins, chats, subscriptions, creator interactions, unlocked content, transaction history, payout dashboard, support records available in the app, and other account-linked features.
Wallet Balance and Unused Paid Coins
If you have unused paid coins or eligible wallet balance, you should request a refund review before deleting your account.
Account deletion does not automatically process a refund.
Unused paid coins may be reviewed under Fahdu’s Refund Policy and Coins & Wallet Policy.
A refund may be considered only where:
- the coins were purchased through an official Fahdu-supported payment method;
- the request is within the applicable refund window;
- the coins have not been used, spent, deducted, transferred, consumed, or applied to any paid feature;
- the transaction is not linked to fraud, abuse, suspicious activity, chargeback misuse, or policy violation;
- Fahdu’s internal records support the request.
Fahdu may ask you to complete the refund review process before account deletion is finalized.
Used Coins and Consumed Services
Used coins and consumed digital services are generally not refundable because of account deletion.
This includes coins or payments used for:
- paid chats;
- locked replies;
- voice calls;
- video calls;
- live streams;
- creator subscriptions;
- wishlist contributions;
- tips;
- unlocked content;
- digital assets;
- other paid features on Fahdu.
If coins have already been used, spent, deducted, transferred toward a creator interaction, or consumed through a paid feature, they will generally not be refunded merely because you delete your account.
Bonus Coins and Promotional Credits
Bonus coins, promotional credits, coupons, referral credits, reward credits, free credits, trial credits, or campaign credits have no cash value.
Such credits are generally not refundable, withdrawable, transferable, or convertible into cash.
If your account is deleted, unused bonus coins or promotional credits may be permanently removed from your account.
Active Subscriptions
If you have an active creator subscription, you should review and cancel it before deleting your account.
Deleting your Fahdu account may remove your access to active subscriptions, creator benefits, paid content, chats, and other subscription-linked features.
Account deletion does not automatically refund current or past subscription payments.
Subscription refunds, if any, will be reviewed under Fahdu’s Refund Policy, Coins & Wallet Policy, and applicable app-store or payment-provider rules.
If a subscription is billed through a third-party platform such as an app store, you may need to cancel the subscription directly through that third-party platform.
Pending Refunds, Disputes, and Payment Issues
If you have an open refund request, payment complaint, failed recharge issue, duplicate payment claim, unauthorized payment claim, chargeback, or dispute, Fahdu may delay account deletion until the issue is reviewed or resolved.
This helps Fahdu:
- verify the transaction;
- review internal logs;
- prevent fraud or misuse;
- comply with payment rules;
- preserve relevant records;
- communicate the outcome;
- protect user, creator, and platform interests.
If account deletion is completed while a dispute is pending, you may lose access to some account-level information inside the app. Fahdu may still retain and process limited records required to review or defend the dispute.
Creator Account Deletion or Deactivation
If you are a creator on Fahdu, account deletion or creator deactivation may affect your creator profile, content, followers, subscriptions, chats, paid interactions, earnings, pending payouts, and dashboard access.
Before requesting creator account deletion or deactivation, you should review:
- pending payouts;
- creator earnings;
- active subscriptions;
- open user disputes;
- pending refunds or chargebacks;
- scheduled live streams;
- unresolved creator support tickets;
- KYC/tax/payout details;
- content hosted on Fahdu;
- any active campaign or referral obligations.
Fahdu may delay creator account deletion or payout closure where required for:
- pending payouts;
- user disputes;
- refund reviews;
- chargebacks;
- fraud checks;
- safety investigations;
- tax records;
- legal compliance;
- policy enforcement;
- payment reconciliation.
Creator Reactivation
Creators may be allowed to reactivate their creator account within 15 days
of deactivation, where this option is available and where the account is not restricted due to fraud, safety, legal, payment, or policy concerns.
After the reactivation window expires, the creator account and associated creator access may be permanently removed or disabled, subject to records retained for legal, tax, payment, fraud-prevention, safety, dispute-handling, regulatory, or policy-enforcement purposes.
Fahdu may refuse reactivation if the creator account was suspended, terminated, or restricted for policy violation, fraud, safety risk, illegal activity, or other serious concern.
What May Be Deleted
After account deletion is completed, Fahdu may delete, disable, anonymize, or make inaccessible certain account-linked information, such as:
- profile information;
- profile photo;
- public account visibility;
- user preferences;
- app account access;
- creator profile access, where applicable;
- non-essential account data;
- certain in-app visibility records;
- other information no longer required for platform, legal, safety, payment, or operational purposes.
The exact information deleted may depend on your account type, activity, transaction history, disputes, legal obligations, and applicable laws.
What May Be Retained
Account deletion does not mean all data is immediately or completely erased.
Fahdu may retain limited information where necessary or permitted for:
- legal compliance;
- tax records;
- accounting records;
- payment and payout records;
- refund records;
- wallet and coin ledger records;
- chargeback records;
- fraud prevention;
- safety investigations;
- CSAE or minor-safety investigations;
- dispute handling;
- law enforcement or regulatory requests;
- user or creator complaints;
- policy enforcement;
- security logs;
- audit requirements;
- protection of Fahdu’s legal rights.
For example, Fahdu may retain transaction IDs, payment references, refund records, payout records, support tickets, complaint history, fraud signals, safety reports, and relevant account activity records even after account deletion.
Safety, Fraud, or Legal Investigations
Fahdu may delay, restrict, or refuse immediate deletion where the account is involved in:
- fraud;
- payment abuse;
- chargeback misuse;
- unauthorized access;
- harassment;
- blackmail;
- creator/user exploitation;
- illegal activity;
- suspicious transaction activity;
- CSAE or child-safety concerns;
- policy violations;
- law enforcement requests;
- legal notices;
- regulatory obligations;
- unresolved disputes.
In such cases, Fahdu may preserve relevant records and take appropriate action under its policies and applicable law.
Effect of Account Deletion
Once account deletion is completed, you may lose access to:
- your Fahdu account;
- profile details;
- wallet balance visibility;
- unused credits, where not refunded;
- bonus/promotional credits;
- chat history;
- creator interactions;
- subscriptions;
- unlocked content;
- transaction history inside the app;
- support history visible inside the app;
- creator dashboard, if applicable;
- payout dashboard, if applicable;
- creator profile and monetization tools, if applicable.
Fahdu may not be able to restore deleted account features, chats, content, subscriptions, or wallet visibility after deletion is completed.
Reopening a Deleted Account
If account reactivation is available, it may be subject to Fahdu’s technical ability, account status, policy checks, fraud checks, safety checks, and applicable reactivation window.
Fahdu does not guarantee that a deleted account can be restored.
If you want to use Fahdu again after deletion, you may need to create a new account. Certain usernames, creator profiles, past purchases, chats, coins, content, subscriptions, or history may not be recoverable.
Third-Party Purchases and App Store Subscriptions
If you purchased coins, subscriptions, or paid services through a third-party platform such as Apple’s App Store, Google Play, or another payment ecosystem, deletion of your Fahdu account may not automatically cancel or refund those third-party purchases.
You may need to manage cancellation or refund requests through the relevant third-party platform.
Fahdu may not be able to directly cancel, refund, or modify transactions controlled by third-party platforms.
Verification Before Deletion
For security reasons, Fahdu may verify your identity or account ownership before processing deletion.
Fahdu may ask for:
- registered mobile number or email;
- Fahdu username/user ID;
- OTP or login verification;
- payment or transaction reference, if the deletion request involves wallet/refund issues;
- creator verification details, if applicable;
- additional information necessary to confirm account ownership.
Fahdu may reject or delay deletion requests if account ownership cannot be verified.
Processing Timeline
Fahdu will try to process account deletion requests within a reasonable time after receiving a valid and verified request.
Some deletion requests may take longer where they involve:
- wallet balance;
- refund review;
- active subscriptions;
- pending payouts;
- user disputes;
- creator disputes;
- chargebacks;
- fraud review;
- safety review;
- technical issues;
- legal, tax, or regulatory requirements.
Fahdu may notify you if additional information is required.
Withdrawal of Deletion Request
If your deletion request has not yet been completed, you may contact Fahdu support to ask whether the request can be withdrawn.
Fahdu does not guarantee that a deletion request can be cancelled once processing has started or completed.
Creators seeking reactivation must follow Fahdu’s reactivation rules and applicable reactivation window, where available.
Relationship with Refund Policy and Coins & Wallet Policy
Account deletion and refunds are separate processes.
Deleting your account does not automatically entitle you to a refund.
Refunds, unused paid coins, wallet balance, consumed services, bonus credits, failed payments, duplicate payments, chargebacks, and payment disputes will be handled according to Fahdu’s Refund Policy and Coins & Wallet Policy.
Users should request refund review before deleting their account if they believe they have eligible unused paid coins or wallet balance.
Relationship with Privacy Policy
Account deletion requests involve processing of personal information.
Fahdu’s collection, use, storage, deletion, retention, and protection of personal information are governed by Fahdu’s Privacy Policy.
Some data may continue to be retained after account deletion where necessary for legal compliance, tax records, payment records, fraud prevention, safety investigations, dispute handling, regulatory obligations, enforcement of policies, or protection of Fahdu’s legal rights.
