This Refund Policy explains when a refund may or may not be available for purchases, coins, digital services, subscriptions, creator interactions, wallet balance, and other paid features on Fahdu.By using Fahdu, purchasing coins, making payments, subscribing to creators, or using any paid feature on the platform, you agree to this Refund Policy along with Fahdu’s Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Account Deletion Policy, Community Guidelines, and any other applicable platform policies.Fahdu is a digital creator-interaction platform. Most purchases on Fahdu involve digital access, coins, creator interactions, subscriptions, live services, chats, calls, tips, wishlist contributions, or other digital services that may be consumed instantly or near-instantly. For this reason, refund eligibility depends on the nature of the transaction, usage status, technical logs, payment records, and applicable platform rules.
General Refund Principle
Refunds on Fahdu are not automatic.A refund request may be reviewed only according to this Refund Policy, Fahdu’s internal transaction records, wallet records, payment records, app logs, usage records, and applicable laws.Submitting a refund request within the refund request window does not guarantee approval.Fahdu may approve, reject, partially approve, or request more information for a refund request depending on the facts of the case.
Refund Request Window
Users may raise a refund request within 7 days from the date of purchase.The 7-day period is only the window within which the user may submit a request for review. It does not mean that every purchase made within 7 days is refundable.Refund requests received after 7 days may be rejected unless Fahdu identifies a verified duplicate payment, failed recharge, unauthorized payment concern, or technical error from Fahdu’s side.
Coin Recharges
When a user purchases coins on Fahdu, the purchase is treated as successfully delivered once the purchased coins are credited and made available in the user’s Fahdu wallet.Coin recharges are generally non-refundable once the coins have been successfully credited to the user’s wallet, even if the user has not yet spent all or part of the coins.This is because coins are digital platform credits delivered to the user’s account and made available for use immediately after successful payment confirmation.A coin recharge may be reviewed for refund only in limited cases such as:
coins were not credited after successful payment;
duplicate payment was made for the same intended recharge;
incorrect amount was captured;
incorrect coin quantity was credited due to Fahdu’s system error;
verified unauthorized payment concern;
verified technical failure from Fahdu’s side;
any other exceptional case accepted by Fahdu at its discretion.
Used Coins
Coins are considered used once they are spent, deducted, transferred toward a creator interaction, applied to a paid feature, or consumed on Fahdu.Used coins are non-refundable.This includes coins used for:
paid chats;
locked replies;
audio calls;
video calls;
live streams;
creator subscriptions;
wishlist contributions;
tips;
unlocked content;
digital assets;
any other paid feature on Fahdu.
If coins have been used, the transaction will be treated as consumed and will not be eligible for refund, except where Fahdu verifies a duplicate deduction, incorrect deduction, fraud, unauthorized use, or technical failure from Fahdu’s side.
Unused Coins
Unused coins do not automatically qualify for refund.Once paid coins are successfully credited and made available in the user’s wallet, the digital credits are considered delivered.Fahdu may, at its sole discretion, review unused paid coins in exceptional cases, but Fahdu is not obligated to provide a refund merely because the user has not used the coins, changed their mind, no longer wants to use the platform, or purchased by mistake.Bonus coins, promotional credits, coupons, referral credits, reward credits, free credits, or trial credits are not refundable under any circumstances.
Bonus Coins and Promotional Credits
Bonus coins, promotional credits, coupons, referral credits, reward credits, trial credits, free credits, campaign credits, or any other non-paid credits have no cash value.Such credits are not refundable, withdrawable, transferable, or convertible into cash.If a paid transaction is reversed, refunded, disputed, charged back, or cancelled, Fahdu may reverse or remove any bonus coins or promotional credits linked to that transaction.
Paid Chats, Calls, Live Streams, and Creator Interactions
Paid chats, locked replies, audio calls, video calls, live streams, and other creator interactions are digital services.These services may be consumed instantly, partially, or in real time.Refunds are generally not available once:
a paid chat is sent;
a paid message is unlocked;
a creator reply is unlocked;
an audio/video call is initiated, attempted, connected, or partially completed;
a live stream is joined or made available;
coins are deducted for a creator interaction;
the digital service is made available to the user.
Fahdu does not guarantee that a creator will respond in a specific way, continue a conversation indefinitely, remain available at all times, or meet subjective expectations of the user.
Subscriptions
Creator subscriptions provide access to creator-specific benefits, content, interactions, or membership features for the applicable subscription period.Subscription payments are generally non-refundable once the subscription period starts or access is made available.Cancelling a subscription may stop future renewals, but it does not automatically refund the current billing period, past charges, used access, or consumed benefits.If a subscription was charged due to a verified technical error, duplicate payment, failed cancellation caused by Fahdu’s system error, or unauthorized payment concern, Fahdu may review the case and take an appropriate decision.
Wishlist Contributions and Tips
Wishlist contributions and tips are voluntary payments or coin spends made by users to support or interact with creators.Wishlist contributions and tips are generally non-refundable once sent.Fahdu may review such transactions only in limited cases involving duplicate payment, incorrect deduction, unauthorized payment, verified technical failure, fraud, or policy violation.
Failed Recharge
If a user’s amount is debited but coins are not credited to the user’s Fahdu wallet after successful payment confirmation, the user should contact Fahdu support with payment details.Fahdu may verify:
payment status;
transaction ID;
order ID;
payment gateway confirmation;
bank confirmation;
app-store confirmation, if applicable;
wallet ledger;
coin credit logs;
technical logs.
If Fahdu verifies that payment was successful and coins were not credited due to an issue within Fahdu’s system, Fahdu may credit the coins, restore access, or process a refund.If the payment failed or was not received by Fahdu, the reversal may be handled by the user’s bank, UPI app, card network, payment gateway, app store, or payment provider.
Duplicate Payment
If a user is charged more than once for the same intended transaction, Fahdu may review the duplicate payment claim after receiving complete details.If Fahdu verifies that duplicate payment was received for the same intended recharge or service, Fahdu may refund the duplicate amount or credit the appropriate coins/service.The user must provide:
registered email/mobile number;
Fahdu username/user ID;
transaction ID/order ID;
payment receipt or screenshot;
date and time of payment;
amount debited;
payment method used;
explanation of the issue.
Technical Errors
If a verified technical error from Fahdu’s side prevents the user from receiving or accessing a purchased digital service, Fahdu may offer one or more of the following:
coin credit;
coin restoration;
replacement access;
service restoration;
partial refund;
full refund.
The final resolution will depend on Fahdu’s internal logs, payment records, usage records, feature records, and the specific facts of the case.A refund may not be provided where the issue is caused by user-side network failure, device issue, outdated app version, user disconnection, wrong account usage, incorrect login, unsupported device environment, or circumstances outside Fahdu’s reasonable control.
Incorrect Deduction
If a user believes coins were deducted incorrectly, the user should contact Fahdu support with details of the issue.Fahdu may review:
wallet balance before and after deduction;
coin deduction logs;
feature used;
creator involved, if applicable;
app event logs;
transaction records;
technical logs.
If Fahdu verifies that coins were deducted incorrectly due to a system error, Fahdu may restore eligible coins, correct the wallet balance, provide replacement access, or take another suitable action.If the coins were correctly deducted for a confirmed paid feature, the request may be rejected.
Unauthorized Payment or Account Misuse
If a user believes a payment was made without authorization, the user must immediately contact Fahdu support.Fahdu may ask for:
registered email/mobile number;
Fahdu username/user ID;
transaction ID/order ID;
payment receipt;
date and time of transaction;
device details;
explanation of the issue;
any supporting evidence.
Fahdu may temporarily restrict account activity, wallet access, or paid features while reviewing unauthorized payment claims.If the issue appears to involve shared passwords, shared devices, family access, third-party access, payment instrument misuse, account sharing, or user negligence, Fahdu may require additional verification before taking any refund decision.
Invoices and Tax Records
If a payment is successfully processed, Fahdu may generate an invoice or transaction record for the purchase.Generation of an invoice confirms that the transaction has been recorded for payment, tax, accounting, and compliance purposes.Invoice generation alone does not decide refund eligibility.Refund eligibility will be determined according to this Refund Policy, payment status, coin credit status, usage records, wallet records, technical logs, and applicable platform policies.If a refund is approved after invoice generation, Fahdu may issue a refund record, credit note, adjustment entry, or other accounting record as required.
iOS / App Store Purchases
If a purchase is made through Apple’s App Store or any Apple-managed payment system, refund handling may be governed by Apple’s rules and systems.Fahdu may not be able to directly approve or process refunds for Apple-controlled transactions.Users may be required to raise refund requests directly through Apple’s official refund process.Fahdu may still review app-side records, usage status, and technical issues where relevant.
Taxes, Fees, and Refund Amount
Where a refund is approved, the refund amount may depend on:
actual amount paid;
payment gateway records;
app-store rules;
applicable taxes;
discounts or offers;
coupons;
bonus coins;
promotional credits;
partial usage;
technical adjustments;
legal or regulatory requirements.
Bonus coins, promotional credits, free credits, coupons, rewards, and referral credits have no cash value and will not be refunded.Where a refund is approved, Fahdu may reverse the credited coins, bonus coins, promotional credits, or access linked to the refunded transaction.
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Users are encouraged to contact Fahdu support before raising a chargeback, bank dispute, UPI dispute, card dispute, app-store dispute, or payment reversal.If a user raises a chargeback or payment dispute after coins have been credited or services have been consumed, Fahdu may review the account and transaction history.Subject to applicable law and platform rules, Fahdu may:
restrict or suspend the user account;
freeze wallet usage;
reverse promotional credits;
remove disputed coins;
restrict future purchases;
submit evidence to the payment provider;
recover losses where legally permitted;
adjust related creator-side balances or payouts;
take action for fraud, abuse, or policy violation.
Fahdu will not process a separate refund while a chargeback or payment dispute is active for the same transaction.
Account Deletion and Refunds
Deleting a Fahdu account does not automatically make a transaction refundable.Before deleting an account, users should review their wallet balance, unused coins, active subscriptions, pending transactions, open disputes, and refund requests.Used coins, consumed services, subscriptions, tips, wishlist contributions, paid chats, calls, live streams, unlocked content, bonus coins, promotional credits, and creator transactions are generally not refundable because of account deletion.Refund requests, if any, must be raised and reviewed before account deletion is completed.After account deletion, users may lose access to wallet visibility, transaction history, chats, subscriptions, creator interactions, unlocked content, and account-level records available inside the app.
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will generally not be provided in the following cases:
coins were successfully credited to the user’s Fahdu wallet;
coins were made available for use after successful recharge;
