By creating an account, using Fahdu, applying as a creator, purchasing coins, subscribing to creators, using paid chats, joining live streams, making calls, sending tips, contributing to wishlist items, contacting support, or using any Fahdu service, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this Privacy Policy. 1. About Fahdu

Fahdu is a digital creator-interaction platform that allows users to discover, follow, support, subscribe to, and interact with creators through digital features such as paid chats, paid replies, creator subscriptions, live streams, voice/video calls, wishlist contributions, tips, unlocked content, and other digital services. For the purpose of this Privacy Policy, “Fahdu,” “we,” “our,” or “us” refers to the operator of the Fahdu platform. “User” means any person who uses Fahdu as a viewer, fan, subscriber, purchaser, or account holder. “Creator” means any person who registers, applies, or uses Fahdu to offer content, interactions, subscriptions, live streams, chats, calls, wishlist items, or other creator services. “Personal information” or “personal data” means information that identifies or can reasonably identify an individual.

Payment-related information may be shared with payment gateways, banks, UPI systems, card networks, app stores, refund processors, fraud prevention partners, and payout partners for processing payments, refunds, chargebacks, disputes, payouts, taxes, and compliance checks.

7. Children and Minor Safety

Fahdu is intended for users and creators who are at least 18 years old or the age of majority under applicable law, whichever is higher. Fahdu does not knowingly allow minors to create accounts, purchase services, become creators, or use creator-interaction features. If we become aware that a minor has provided personal information or created an account in violation of our policies, we may restrict or delete the account and take appropriate steps. Fahdu has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material, child exploitation, grooming, sexual content involving minors, coercion, trafficking, blackmail, or related activity. If any user, creator, parent, guardian, or third party believes that minor-related safety concerns exist on Fahdu, they should report it immediately through Fahdu’s support or safety channels. Fahdu may preserve records, remove content, suspend accounts, and report serious child-safety concerns to appropriate authorities where required or appropriate.

Fahdu retains personal information only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information and purpose. Fahdu may retain information for purposes such as:

For example, Fahdu may retain transaction, payout, tax, refund, chargeback, support, fraud, safety, and legal records even after account deletion where required or appropriate.

11. Account Deletion

Users may request account deletion through Fahdu’s account deletion process or by contacting Fahdu support. Before deleting an account, users should review unused paid coins, wallet balance, active subscriptions, pending transactions, open disputes, refund requests, support complaints, and creator interactions. After account deletion, users may lose access to their profile, wallet visibility, chats, subscriptions, creator interactions, unlocked content, transaction history, and account features. Account deletion does not automatically delete all records immediately. Fahdu may retain limited information where required for legal compliance, tax records, payment records, fraud prevention, safety investigations, dispute handling, regulatory obligations, enforcement of policies, or protection of Fahdu’s legal rights.

12. Your Privacy Rights

Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to:
  • access information about the personal data Fahdu processes about you;
  • request correction of inaccurate or misleading personal data;
  • request completion of incomplete personal data;
  • request updating of outdated personal data;

Fahdu may continue processing information without consent where required or permitted by law, such as for legal compliance, payment records, tax records, fraud prevention, safety, dispute handling, or enforcement of legal rights.

However, no digital platform, app, website, payment system, or internet transmission is completely secure. If Fahdu becomes aware of a personal data breach that requires notification under applicable law, Fahdu will take appropriate steps to assess, contain, investigate, and notify affected users, creators, regulators, or authorities as required. Fahdu may also take steps such as account restriction, password reset, support communication, technical remediation, or preservation of evidence, depending on the nature of the incident.

Fahdu may use service providers, cloud systems, payment partners, analytics tools, support tools, or technical infrastructure located in India or outside India. Where personal information is transferred outside India, Fahdu will take steps required under applicable law to protect such information. When you submit content, messages, screenshots, reports, complaints, reviews, or support requests to Fahdu, we may process that information to operate the platform, provide support, investigate issues, enforce policies, improve safety, and comply with law. Reports involving harassment, fraud, payment issues, CSAE, illegal content, or safety concerns may be reviewed by Fahdu’s support, moderation, safety, finance, product, technical, legal, or compliance teams as appropriate.
