FAHDU's Commitment to Child Safety and Prevention of Exploitation
Last updated: 06/04/2026
Fahdu is committed to maintaining a safe, lawful, and respectful digital creator-interaction platform. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material, child sexual exploitation, grooming, coercion, trafficking, blackmail, or any conduct that harms or endangers minors.
This CSAE and Child Safety Policy explains Fahdu’s rules, reporting process, enforcement approach, preservation practices, and safety commitments relating to child sexual abuse and exploitation.
This Policy applies to all users, creators, applicants, visitors, account holders, subscribers, viewers, and anyone who uses Fahdu’s website, app, creator tools, paid features, support channels, or community features.
This Policy should be read together with Fahdu’s User Terms of Service, Creator Terms, Community Guidelines, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Coins & Wallet Policy, Account Deletion Policy, Creator Content Policy, and other applicable Fahdu policies.

Any user, creator, account, content, message, transaction, profile, live stream, call, or interaction linked to child sexual abuse, exploitation, or endangerment may be removed, restricted, suspended, terminated, preserved for investigation, and reported to appropriate authorities where required or appropriate.
Fahdu may act immediately and without prior notice in cases involving child safety, exploitation, illegal content, serious harm, or urgent risk.

This applies even if the content is described as fictional, roleplay, fantasy, AI-generated, animated, edited, consensual, private, or not intended for distribution.
5. Creator-Specific Child Safety Rules
Creators must maintain strict child-safety standards.
Creators must not:
- present themselves as minors for sexualized promotion;
- use minor-coded themes, school-child styling, childlike language, or underage references in a sexual or suggestive way;
- use photos, videos, voices, names, or identities of minors for sexualized or monetized content;

Users must not use Fahdu to request, access, purchase, discuss, promote, or arrange any content, service, chat, call, live stream, meeting, or transaction involving child sexual abuse, exploitation, grooming, coercion, or sexual content involving minors.
Users must not pressure creators to provide minor-coded, illegal, exploitative, non-consensual, or child-safety-risk content.
Users must not attempt to bypass Fahdu’s rules by using coded language, emojis, external links, off-platform payments, private chats, altered spellings, or indirect requests.
7. Off-Platform Conduct
Fahdu may take action on off-platform conduct where it affects Fahdu users, creators, platform safety, payment integrity, legal compliance, or child safety.
This may include conduct on social media, messaging apps, payment apps, external websites, private communities, or other platforms where the conduct involves Fahdu users, creators, accounts, transactions, content, or safety risks.
Fahdu is not responsible for off-platform transactions or communications, but Fahdu may restrict or terminate accounts that use Fahdu to initiate, promote, or facilitate prohibited off-platform conduct.
8. Reporting Child Safety Concerns
If you see, receive, suspect, or become aware of any content, message, account, creator, user, transaction, or activity involving child sexual abuse, exploitation, grooming, coercion, blackmail, trafficking, or sexual content involving minors, report it immediately.
You may report through:

Do not download, forward, repost, save, or distribute suspected child sexual abuse material. Report it to Fahdu immediately and, where required, to appropriate authorities.
9. Urgent Safety Escalation
Child-safety reports are treated as urgent.
Where Fahdu identifies a credible child-safety concern, Fahdu may immediately:
- remove or disable access to content;
- restrict or suspend the account;
- preserve relevant records;
- restrict wallet, payout, or transaction activity;
- escalate internally to Trust & Safety, Legal, Compliance, Support, Product, and Finance teams as required;
- report the matter to appropriate authorities where required or appropriate;
- cooperate with lawful requests from law enforcement or regulatory bodies.
Fahdu may not disclose full investigation details to the reporting user or accused account where doing so may compromise safety, privacy, legal compliance, law enforcement activity, fraud prevention, or platform security.
10. Review and Detection Measures
Fahdu may use a combination of user reports, internal review, automated signals, moderation tools, keyword detection, transaction monitoring, account signals, creator verification checks, support escalations, and other reasonable safety measures to detect and respond to child-safety risks.
Fahdu may improve its safety systems from time to time.
Fahdu does not guarantee that every harmful activity will be detected before it is reported or reviewed, but Fahdu will take child-safety reports seriously and act according to platform policy and applicable law.
11. Content Removal and Account Action
Fahdu may remove, restrict, hide, disable, or preserve content where it believes the content may involve child sexual abuse, exploitation, grooming, coercion, sexual content involving minors, or other child-safety concerns.
Fahdu may take action against accounts involved in child-safety violations, including:
- warning;
- content removal;
- feature restriction;
- account suspension;
- permanent account termination;

- wallet restriction;
- payout hold;
- payout reversal or adjustment;
- refund denial, where linked to abuse or policy violation;
- reporting to authorities where required or appropriate;

13. Reporting to Authorities
Fahdu may report child-safety concerns, child sexual abuse material, exploitation, grooming, trafficking, coercion, or related activity to appropriate law enforcement, statutory, regulatory, or child-protection authorities where required or appropriate.
Fahdu may cooperate with lawful requests from authorities in accordance with applicable law.
Where required, Fahdu may preserve evidence and provide relevant records to authorized authorities through lawful process.
14. Privacy and Confidentiality
Fahdu handles child-safety reports with sensitivity and confidentiality.
Information related to child-safety reports may be shared internally only with teams that need access for safety, legal, compliance, support, moderation, technical, finance, or enforcement purposes.
Fahdu may share information externally where required or appropriate for law enforcement, legal compliance, child protection, regulatory reporting, or safety purposes.
Users and creators must not publicly disclose, repost, circulate, or expose the identity, images, personal details, or private information of any minor, victim, survivor, reporter, or person involved in a child-safety report.
15. False Reports and Misuse
Fahdu encourages good-faith reporting.
However, users or creators must not knowingly submit false, malicious, manipulated, or abusive child-safety reports to harass, defame, extort, threaten, blackmail, or damage another person.
Fahdu may take action against accounts that misuse reporting tools or submit false evidence.
This does not discourage genuine reports. If you are unsure whether something creates a child-safety concern, report it in good faith.
16. No Retaliation
Fahdu does not tolerate retaliation against any person who reports a child-safety concern in good faith.
Users or creators must not threaten, harass, shame, expose, blackmail, or punish someone for reporting suspected child-safety issues.
Retaliation may result in account restriction, suspension, termination, or other action.
17. Appeals
In some cases, users or creators may request review of enforcement action by contacting Fahdu support.
However, appeals may be denied or limited where the matter involves serious child-safety risk, illegal content, law enforcement reporting, fraud, repeat violations, safety risk, or clear evidence of policy violation.
Fahdu may not restore content or accounts where restoration could create legal, safety, or platform risk.
18. Training and Internal Handling
Fahdu aims to maintain internal processes for handling child-safety reports carefully and urgently.
Fahdu may provide internal guidance to relevant teams on:
- identifying child-safety concerns;
- escalating urgent reports;
- preserving relevant records;
- restricting accounts;
- avoiding unnecessary exposure to harmful material;
- protecting reporter and victim privacy;
- coordinating with legal or compliance advisors;
- responding to lawful authority requests.
Access to sensitive reports and records should be limited to authorized personnel who need access for safety, legal, compliance, technical, payment, support, or enforcement purposes.
