These User Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Fahdu as a user, fan, subscriber, viewer, or purchaser of digital services on the Fahdu platform. By creating an account, accessing Fahdu, purchasing coins, subscribing to a creator, using paid chats, joining live streams, making calls, sending tips, contributing to wishlist items, or using any Fahdu service, you agree to these User Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use Fahdu. These Terms should be read together with Fahdu’s Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Coins & Wallet Policy, Account Deletion Policy, Community Guidelines, CSAE Policy, and any other applicable policies published by Fahdu.

1. About Fahdu

Fahdu is a digital creator-interaction platform that allows users to discover, follow, support, subscribe to, and interact with creators through digital features such as paid chats, creator subscriptions, live streams, voice/video calls, wishlist contributions, tips, unlocked content, and other platform services. Fahdu provides the technology platform that enables creator-user interactions. Fahdu is not responsible for guaranteeing any personal outcome, relationship outcome, response style, emotional result, business result, or satisfaction level from any interaction with a creator.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority under applicable law, whichever is higher, to use Fahdu. By using Fahdu, you confirm that:

• you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement;
• you are not prohibited from using Fahdu under applicable law;
• the information you provide to Fahdu is true, accurate, current, and complete;
• you will use Fahdu only for lawful and permitted purposes;
• you will comply with these Terms and all applicable Fahdu policies.

Fahdu may restrict, suspend, or terminate access if it believes that a user is underage, has submitted false information, or is otherwise not eligible to use the platform.

3. User Account

To access certain Fahdu features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for:

• keeping your login details confidential;
• maintaining control of your device and account;
• ensuring that your account information remains accurate;
• all activity that happens through your account;
• immediately informing Fahdu of unauthorized access, suspicious use, or security concerns.

You must not share, sell, transfer, lend, rent, or assign your account to another person. Fahdu will not be responsible for losses caused by your failure to maintain account security, unless required by applicable law.

4. User Information

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating or using your account. Fahdu may require verification of your identity, phone number, email, payment details, or other account information in cases involving refunds, disputes, fraud checks, security checks, account recovery, legal compliance, or policy enforcement. If you provide false, misleading, incomplete, or outdated information, Fahdu may restrict or terminate your access to the platform.

5. Fahdu Coins and Wallet

Fahdu may allow users to purchase and use coins or credits inside the platform. Coins are digital platform credits that may be used only within Fahdu for eligible paid features and creator interactions. Coins are not cash, legal tender, a bank account, a deposit account, a prepaid cash account, a savings account, or an independent stored-value instrument. Coins cannot be withdrawn by users, exchanged for cash, transferred outside Fahdu, sold, traded, gifted, assigned, or used outside the platform unless Fahdu expressly permits it. Your use of coins, wallet balance, bonus credits, promotional credits, refunds, deductions, failed recharges, duplicate payments, and chargebacks will be governed by Fahdu’s Coins & Wallet Policy and Refund Policy.

6. Payments

Users may make payments on Fahdu for coins, subscriptions, paid chats, live streams, calls, tips, wishlist contributions, unlocked content, and other digital services. Before completing any payment or spending coins, you are responsible for reviewing:

• the amount payable;
• the number of coins or credits involved;
• the creator or feature selected;
• the subscription or service details;
• the applicable taxes or charges;
• the confirmation screen;
• the refund and cancellation conditions.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment service providers, banks, UPI systems, app stores, card networks, or other payment channels. Fahdu is not responsible for delays, failures, reversals, or errors caused by payment gateways, banks, UPI systems, app stores, card networks, or third-party payment processors, except where required by law or where Fahdu verifies an issue within its control.

7. Taxes, Fees, and Pricing

Prices, coin packs, creator rates, subscription fees, live stream charges, chat charges, call charges, wishlist amounts, tips, and other platform charges may vary from time to time. Applicable taxes, payment gateway charges, app-store charges, platform charges, discounts, offers, coupons, or promotional benefits may affect the final amount payable, coin value, or refund amount. Fahdu may change pricing, coin packs, fees, platform charges, and feature rules from time to time. Users should check the applicable price and terms before making any payment or using a paid feature.

8. Subscriptions

Fahdu may allow users to subscribe to creators. A subscription may provide access to creator-specific content, benefits, interactions, membership privileges, or other features shown at the time of purchase. Subscription availability, pricing, duration, renewal rules, cancellation rules, and benefits may vary by creator, feature, campaign, or payment channel. Once a subscription period starts or access is made available, the subscription payment is generally treated as consumed, subject to Fahdu’s Refund Policy. Cancelling a subscription may stop future renewals, but it does not automatically refund past charges, the current billing period, used access, or consumed benefits. Users are responsible for reviewing subscription terms before subscribing or renewing.

9. Paid Chats, Calls, Live Streams, and Creator Interactions

Fahdu may allow users to interact with creators through paid chats, paid replies, voice calls, video calls, live streams, unlocked content, subscriptions, tips, wishlist contributions, and other digital services. Creator interactions may be charged instantly, per action, per message, per unlock, per minute, per session, per subscription period, or through another method shown in the app. Once coins are deducted, a paid service is accessed, a chat is sent, a reply is unlocked, a call is initiated, a live stream is joined, a subscription starts, or a creator service is made available, the transaction may be treated as consumed. Fahdu does not guarantee that:

• a creator will respond in a specific way;
• a creator will be available at all times;
• a conversation will continue indefinitely;
• a creator will meet subjective expectations;
• a creator interaction will create any personal, emotional, business, relationship, or financial outcome;
• a creator will provide services outside what is available on Fahdu.

Users must not demand, pressure, threaten, harass, blackmail, or coerce creators for any response, service, content, refund, personal meeting, private contact, off-platform payment, or illegal activity.

10. Wishlist Contributions and Tips

Wishlist contributions and tips are voluntary payments or coin spends made by users to support or interact with creators. Before sending a tip or wishlist contribution, users should carefully review the amount, creator profile, and transaction details. Wishlist contributions and tips are generally non-refundable once sent, except where Fahdu verifies a duplicate payment, incorrect deduction, unauthorized payment, technical failure, fraud, or policy violation.

11. Refunds

Refunds are governed by Fahdu’s Refund Policy and Coins & Wallet Policy. A refund is not automatic merely because a user:

• changes their mind;
• is dissatisfied after using a service;
• deletes the app;
• deletes the account;
• no longer wants to use Fahdu;
• expected a different creator response;
• forgot to cancel a subscription;
• spent coins and later regrets the transaction.

Used coins, consumed services, unlocked content, active or used subscriptions, creator transactions, tips, wishlist contributions, live access, paid chats, calls, bonus coins, promotional credits, and free credits are generally non-refundable. Fahdu may review refunds in limited cases such as unused eligible paid coins, duplicate payment, failed recharge, incorrect deduction, verified technical failure, unauthorized payment concern, fraud, or policy violation. Fahdu may rely on its internal records, payment provider records, app logs, wallet ledger, usage logs, support records, and fraud signals when deciding refund requests.

12. App Store and Third-Party Purchases

If a purchase is made through Apple’s App Store, Google Play, or any third-party payment ecosystem, the transaction may be subject to the rules, pricing, taxes, refund process, and control of that third-party platform. In such cases, Fahdu may not be able to directly approve or process the refund. Users may be required to raise refund requests through the relevant app store or third-party payment provider. Fahdu may still review app-side records, account activity, usage status, or technical issues where relevant.

13. User Conduct

You agree to use Fahdu respectfully, lawfully, and responsibly. You must not:

• harass, abuse, threaten, stalk, bully, intimidate, or exploit any user, creator, Fahdu employee, or third party;
• send hateful, violent, obscene, abusive, defamatory, misleading, or unlawful content;
• request illegal, exploitative, non-consensual, unsafe, or prohibited services;
• impersonate any person or entity;
• create fake accounts or misleading profiles;
• attempt to bypass payment systems;
• engage in fraud, scams, chargeback misuse, or payment abuse;
• misuse refunds, promotions, coupons, rewards, or referral benefits;
• scrape, copy, harvest, or misuse platform data;
• upload viruses, malware, bots, scripts, or harmful code;
• interfere with Fahdu’s systems, app, security, or infrastructure;
• reverse engineer or attempt to access non-public parts of Fahdu;
• use Fahdu to promote illegal businesses, escort services, prostitution, trafficking, drugs, weapons, gambling, or other prohibited activity;
• request or share personal contact details for off-platform payments or services where prohibited by Fahdu;
• violate any applicable law or Fahdu policy.

Fahdu may take action against accounts that violate these rules.

14. Prohibited Content and Requests

You must not upload, send, request, purchase, promote, distribute, or encourage content or services involving:

• child sexual abuse material or child exploitation;
• sexual content involving minors;
• grooming, coercion, blackmail, or exploitation;
• non-consensual intimate content;
• revenge porn or deepfake sexual content;
• illegal sexual services;
• trafficking or exploitation;
• threats, violence, or self-harm encouragement;
• hate speech or targeted harassment;
• private personal information without consent;
• fraud, phishing, scams, or financial abuse;
• illegal substances, weapons, or criminal activity;
• copyright infringement or unauthorized use of third-party content;
• any content or conduct prohibited by Fahdu’s policies or applicable law.

Fahdu has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material, exploitation of minors, grooming, coercion, and related conduct. Fahdu may remove content, suspend accounts, preserve records, report serious violations to appropriate authorities, and cooperate with law enforcement where required or appropriate.

15. Creator Profiles and Platform Responsibility

Creator profiles, content, availability, prices, offers, promises, statements, interactions, or services are provided by creators. Fahdu may verify certain creator information or allow creators to apply for verification, but creator verification does not mean Fahdu guarantees every statement, promise, claim, earning, quality, outcome, availability, or personal conduct of that creator. Fahdu may review complaints involving creator misconduct, technical failure, fraud, safety concerns, non-delivery, or policy violations. Fahdu may take action against creators or users where it finds a violation of law, platform rules, safety standards, or payment policies.

16. Off-Platform Interactions

Fahdu is not responsible for transactions, promises, services, meetings, communications, or payments made outside the Fahdu platform. Users should not make direct payments to creators or third parties outside Fahdu based on communications initiated through Fahdu. If a user chooses to communicate, pay, meet, transact, or interact outside Fahdu, the user does so at their own risk. Fahdu may restrict accounts that use the platform to solicit or conduct prohibited off-platform payments, illegal services, scams, harassment, exploitation, or policy violations.

17. User Content

You may be able to upload, send, submit, display, or share messages, profile details, comments, media, reports, support requests, or other content through Fahdu. You are responsible for the content you share. You confirm that your content:

• is lawful;
• does not violate the rights of others;
• does not contain prohibited material;
• does not violate Fahdu’s policies;
• does not include malware, spam, or harmful code;
• does not impersonate or mislead others.

By submitting content to Fahdu, you grant Fahdu a limited right to host, store, process, display, transmit, moderate, review, remove, and use the content as necessary to operate, improve, protect, and enforce the platform and its policies. Fahdu may remove, restrict, or review user content where it believes the content violates law, these Terms, or platform policies.

18. Reports, Complaints, and Platform Review

Users may report technical issues, payment issues, creator misconduct, harassment, safety concerns, fraud, unauthorized payments, content violations, or other disputes through Fahdu’s official support channels. Fahdu may review complaints using:

• payment records;
• coin and wallet logs;
• app usage logs;
• chat/call/live-stream metadata;
• support history;
• creator-side records;
• account activity;
• device/session data;
• fraud signals;
• screenshots or user-provided evidence;
• other relevant records.

Fahdu may ask users to provide additional information before taking action. Fahdu does not guarantee that every report will result in refund, removal, suspension, or action against another user or creator.

19. Moderation and Enforcement

Fahdu may, where permitted by law and platform policy:

• remove content;
• restrict features;
• freeze wallet or coin usage;
• suspend or terminate accounts;
• reverse promotional credits;
• restrict purchases;
• cancel subscriptions;
• reject refunds;
• pause creator-side payouts linked to a disputed transaction;
• report serious violations to authorities;
• preserve records for legal, safety, tax, fraud, or dispute purposes.

Fahdu may act without prior notice where it reasonably believes there is fraud, abuse, illegal activity, child safety risk, payment misuse, technical risk, security issue, or serious policy violation.
