Fahdu Coins & Wallet Policy

Last updated: 06/04/2026
This Coins & Wallet Policy explains how Fahdu coins, wallet balance, paid credits, bonus credits, promotional credits, coin usage, refunds, deductions, account deletion, and related wallet activity work on Fahdu. By using Fahdu, purchasing coins, using paid features, subscribing to creators, interacting with creators, or maintaining any balance inside your Fahdu account, you agree to this Coins & Wallet Policy along with Fahdu’s Terms & Conditions, Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, Account Deletion Policy, Community Guidelines, and other applicable platform policies. Fahdu is a digital creator-interaction platform. Coins are used to access digital services, creator interactions, subscriptions, paid chats, calls, live streams, wishlist contributions, tips, unlocked content, and other paid features available on Fahdu.

Purpose of this Policy

This Policy is designed to clearly explain:
  • what Fahdu coins are;
  • how coins are purchased;
  • how coins are credited;
  • how coins are used;
  • how wallet balance is shown;
  • when coins may or may not be refundable;
  • what happens to unused coins during account deletion;
  • how failed payments, duplicate payments, disputes, and chargebacks are handled;
  • what restrictions apply to coins, bonus credits, and promotional credits.

What Are Fahdu Coins?

Fahdu coins are digital platform credits that may be used only within Fahdu for eligible paid features and creator interactions. Coins may be used for, among other things:
  • paid chats;
  • paid replies;
  • voice calls;
  • video calls;
  • live stream access;
  • creator subscriptions;
  • wishlist contributions;
  • tips;
  • unlocked content;
  • digital assets;
  • other paid features available on Fahdu.
Coins are not legal tender, cash, a bank balance, a deposit account, a prepaid payment instrument, a savings account, a cash wallet, or an independent stored-value account. Coins cannot be used outside Fahdu. Coins cannot be transferred to a bank account, sold, exchanged for cash, withdrawn by users, traded, gifted, transferred to another user, or used outside the Fahdu platform unless Fahdu expressly allows such functionality in writing.

Fahdu Wallet / Coin Balance

Your Fahdu wallet or coin balance shows the number of coins or credits available in your Fahdu account. The wallet balance may include:
  • paid coins purchased by you;
  • bonus coins;
  • promotional credits;
  • referral credits;
  • reward credits;
  • adjusted credits;
  • restored credits;
  • other credits issued by Fahdu.
Not all wallet credits have the same treatment. Paid coins and bonus/promotional credits may be subject to different rules, refund eligibility, expiry, usage restrictions, and reversal rights.

Paid Coins

Paid coins are coins purchased by a user through an official Fahdu-supported payment method. Paid coins may be credited to the user’s Fahdu account after successful payment confirmation. The number of coins credited may depend on:
  • recharge amount;
  • applicable taxes;
  • payment method;
  • app store rules;
  • platform charges;
  • offers or discounts;
  • applicable laws;
  • checkout display;
  • Fahdu’s then-current coin conversion rules.
Users should review the recharge amount, coin quantity, applicable taxes, and payment confirmation screen before completing a purchase. Once paid coins are credited, they may be used only within Fahdu for eligible digital services.

Bonus Coins, Promotional Credits, and Rewards

Fahdu may, at its discretion, provide bonus coins, promotional credits, coupons, referral credits, rewards, trial credits, campaign credits, or free credits. These credits:
  • may have no cash value;
  • may not be refundable;
  • may not be withdrawable;
  • may not be transferable;
  • may expire;
  • may be limited to specific features;
  • may be reversed if issued by mistake;
  • may be withdrawn if linked to fraud, abuse, policy violation, or campaign misuse.
Fahdu may modify, pause, withdraw, or end any promotional credit, bonus coin, reward, coupon, or campaign at any time, subject to applicable law.

Coin Value and Platform Usage

Fahdu may display coins as a pricing reference for digital services within the platform. Any displayed coin-to-INR value is used only for internal platform pricing, user understanding, and transaction calculation within Fahdu. Coins do not create any right to cash withdrawal by users. Coins may be used only for eligible paid features available on Fahdu at the time of use. Fahdu may change coin packs, pricing, recharge amounts, conversion rules, feature pricing, or coin usage rules from time to time.

How Coins Are Used

When a user uses a paid feature, the applicable number of coins may be deducted from the user’s wallet balance. Coins may be deducted when the user:
  • sends or unlocks a paid chat;
  • unlocks a creator reply;
  • starts or joins a voice call;
  • starts or joins a video call;
  • joins or accesses a live stream;
  • purchases or renews a creator subscription;
  • sends a tip;
  • contributes to a wishlist;
  • unlocks digital content;
  • accesses any paid feature;
  • confirms any paid transaction inside Fahdu.
Users are responsible for checking the applicable coin cost before confirming or using any paid feature.

Used Coins

Coins are considered used once they are spent, deducted, transferred toward a creator interaction, applied to a digital service, or consumed on Fahdu. Used coins are generally non-refundable. This applies even if the user later:
  • changes their mind;
  • is dissatisfied with the interaction;
  • deletes the app;
  • deletes the account;
  • stops using Fahdu;
  • expected a different response or outcome;
  • no longer wants to interact with the creator.
Used coins may be reviewed only in limited cases such as verified technical failure, duplicate deduction, incorrect deduction, fraud, unauthorized use, or policy violation.

Unused Coins

Unused paid coins may be reviewed for refund only if they meet Fahdu’s Refund Policy conditions. A refund request for unused paid coins may be considered only if:
  • the coins were purchased through an official Fahdu-supported payment method;
  • the request is raised within the applicable refund window;
  • the coins have not been used, spent, deducted, transferred, consumed, or applied to any paid feature;
  • the transaction is not linked to fraud, abuse, suspicious activity, chargeback misuse, or policy violation;
  • Fahdu’s internal records support the request.
Unused bonus coins, promotional credits, reward credits, referral credits, or free credits are not refundable.

Order of Coin Deduction

Fahdu may determine the order in which different types of coins or credits are used. For example, Fahdu may deduct promotional credits, bonus coins, expiring credits, or paid coins in an order determined by Fahdu’s system rules. Fahdu may update this deduction order from time to time. If different coin types are available in the user’s account, the app or platform records will determine how the transaction was deducted.

Failed Recharge

If a user’s payment is debited but coins are not credited due to a payment gateway, bank, app store, or Fahdu system issue, the user should contact Fahdu support with payment details. Fahdu may verify:
  • payment status;
  • transaction ID;
  • order ID;
  • gateway confirmation;
  • bank confirmation;
  • app store confirmation;
  • user account records;
  • coin credit logs;
  • technical logs.
If the payment was successful and coins were not credited, Fahdu may credit the coins or process a refund, depending on the verified status of the transaction. If the payment failed or was not received by Fahdu, the refund or reversal may be handled by the user’s bank, payment gateway, UPI system, card network, or app store.

Duplicate Payment

If a user is charged more than once for the same intended recharge or transaction, Fahdu may verify payment records and refund or adjust the duplicate amount where applicable. The user must provide:
  • registered email/mobile number;
  • username/user ID;
  • payment receipt;
  • transaction ID/order ID;
  • date and time of payment;
  • amount debited;
  • payment method used.
Duplicate payment claims will be resolved based on Fahdu’s internal records and payment provider confirmation.

 Incorrect Coin Deduction

If a user believes coins were deducted incorrectly, the user should contact Fahdu support with details of the transaction. Fahdu may review:
  • coin balance before and after the transaction;
  • feature used;
  • creator involved, if applicable;
  • transaction logs;
  • app event logs;
  • technical logs;
  • payment and coin ledger records.
If Fahdu verifies an incorrect deduction caused by a system error, Fahdu may restore eligible coins, adjust the wallet balance, provide replacement access, or take another suitable action. If the coins were correctly deducted for a confirmed paid feature, refund or restoration may be declined.

Creator Transactions

When a user spends coins on a creator interaction, the transaction may trigger creator-side earning records, service delivery, content access, or interaction rights. Creator-related spends may include:
  • paid chats;
  • locked replies;
  • subscriptions;
  • calls;
  • live streams;
  • wishlist contributions;
  • tips;
  • unlocked content;
  • other creator services.
Once coins are spent on a creator transaction and the service is initiated, delivered, accessed, or made available, the transaction will generally be treated as consumed and non-refundable. Fahdu may still review creator-related disputes where there is a verified technical issue, fraud, safety concern, non-delivery, duplicate deduction, unauthorized use, or policy violation.

Subscriptions and Recurring Payments

Coins or payments used for creator subscriptions may be deducted according to the subscription terms shown at the time of purchase. Once a subscription period starts or access is made available, the subscription payment is generally non-refundable. Cancelling a subscription may stop future renewals, but it does not automatically refund the current or past subscription period. If a subscription payment is charged due to a verified technical error, duplicate payment, failed cancellation caused by Fahdu’s system, or unauthorized payment concern, Fahdu may review the case and take appropriate action.

Calls, Live Streams, and Real-Time Features

Voice calls, video calls, live streams, and other real-time services may involve instant or time-based coin deductions. Coins may be deducted when the user initiates, joins, accesses, or participates in the service. If a call or live stream fails due to a verified technical issue on Fahdu’s side, Fahdu may review logs and may restore eligible coins, provide replacement access, issue partial credit, or take another suitable action. Fahdu may not provide coin restoration where the issue is caused by user-side network failure, device issues, outdated app version, user disconnection, battery failure, call abandonment, or circumstances outside Fahdu’s reasonable control, unless Fahdu decides otherwise.

Wishlist Contributions and Tips

Wishlist contributions and tips are voluntary coin spends or payments made by users to support or interact with creators. Once sent, wishlist contributions and tips are generally non-refundable. Users should carefully review the creator profile, amount, and transaction details before sending a wishlist contribution or tip. Fahdu may review wishlist or tip disputes only in limited cases such as duplicate payment, incorrect deduction, unauthorized payment, technical failure, fraud, or policy violation.

iOS / App Store Purchases

If coins or digital services are purchased through Apple’s App Store or Apple-managed in-app purchase system, the transaction may be subject to Apple’s rules, pricing, taxes, fees, and refund process. Fahdu may not be able to directly process refunds for Apple-managed purchases. Users may need to request a refund through Apple’s official refund process. Fahdu may still review app-side records, usage status, and technical issues where relevant, but final refund control for Apple transactions may remain with Apple.

Taxes, Fees, and Coin Credit

Coin purchases may include applicable taxes, platform charges, app store charges, payment gateway charges, or other legally applicable deductions. The number of coins credited may be based on the net eligible value after applicable taxes, charges, rules, or checkout terms. Where taxes, app-store fees, gateway charges, discounts, coupons, rewards, or promotional credits are involved, the final coin credit or refundable amount may differ from the gross amount paid. Fahdu may show the applicable recharge value, coin quantity, and payment amount at checkout or in transaction records.

Expiry of Coins and Credits

Paid coins may remain valid according to the validity terms shown in the app or applicable policy. Bonus coins, promotional credits, coupons, trial credits, referral credits, reward credits, or campaign credits may have a limited validity period. Fahdu may expire unused promotional credits, bonus coins, coupons, or rewards after the applicable validity period. If Fahdu introduces or changes coin expiry rules, such rules may be communicated through the app, website, policy update, campaign terms, or other official communication. Expired coins or credits are generally not refundable or restorable unless Fahdu determines there was a verified system error.

Account Deletion and Wallet Balance

Before deleting a Fahdu account, users should review their coin balance, active subscriptions, unused paid coins, bonus credits, open disputes, pending refund requests, and unresolved transactions. Deleting an account does not automatically make coins or previous transactions refundable. Used coins, consumed services, subscriptions, tips, wishlist contributions, paid chats, calls, live streams, unlocked content, creator transactions, bonus coins, promotional credits, and expired credits are generally not refundable because of account deletion. If a user has eligible unused paid coins and wants to request a refund before deleting the account, the user should contact Fahdu support before submitting or completing the account deletion request. Once an account is deleted, the user may lose access to wallet balance, transaction visibility, chats, creator interactions, subscriptions, unlocked content, and account history inside Fahdu. Fahdu may retain certain records where required for legal compliance, tax records, payment records, fraud prevention, safety investigations, dispute handling, regulatory obligations, enforcement of policies, or protection of Fahdu’s legal rights.

Account Suspension, Restriction, or Termination

Fahdu may suspend, restrict, freeze, or terminate access to coins, wallet balance, paid features, or account activity if Fahdu reasonably believes that the account is involved in:
  • fraud;
  • payment abuse;
  • chargeback misuse;
  • unauthorized access;
  • account sharing;
  • fake identity;
  • bot activity;
  • suspicious transactions;
  • policy violations;
  • harassment or abuse;
  • illegal activity;
  • creator/user collusion;
  • exploitation of platform bugs;
  • misuse of promotional credits;
  • violation of Fahdu’s Terms, Community Guidelines, or safety policies.
During investigation, Fahdu may temporarily pause coin usage, wallet access, refunds, withdrawals, creator-side payouts, or related transaction activity.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If a user raises a chargeback, bank dispute, UPI dispute, card dispute, app store dispute, or payment reversal after receiving coins or consuming Fahdu services, Fahdu may review the account and transaction history. Subject to applicable law and platform rules, Fahdu may:
  • suspend or restrict the user account;
  • freeze coin usage;
  • reverse promotional credits;
  • remove incorrectly credited coins;
  • restrict future purchases;
  • investigate suspicious activity;
  • recover losses where legally permitted;
  • adjust related creator-side balances or payouts where necessary;
  • take action for fraud, abuse, or policy violation.
Users are encouraged to contact Fahdu support before raising a bank dispute so that Fahdu can review and resolve the issue through the appropriate support process.

Unauthorized Use

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account, login credentials, device access, and payment instruments. If a user believes coins were purchased or used without authorization, the user must immediately contact Fahdu support. Fahdu may ask for:
  • registered email/mobile number;
  • username/user ID;
  • transaction ID/order ID;
  • date and time of transaction;
  • payment receipt;
  • device details;
  • explanation of the issue;
  • any supporting evidence.
Fahdu may temporarily restrict the account while reviewing unauthorized-use claims. If the issue appears to involve shared passwords, shared devices, family access, third-party access, device compromise, payment instrument misuse, or user negligence, Fahdu may require additional verification before making any refund, restoration, or adjustment decision.

Wallet Ledger and Internal Records

Fahdu may maintain internal records of coin and wallet activity, including:
  • coin purchases;
  • coin credits;
  • bonus credits;
  • promotional credits;
  • coin deductions;
  • creator transactions;
  • refunds;
  • reversals;
  • chargebacks;
  • failed payments;
  • duplicate payments;
  • subscription activity;
  • call/chat/live usage;
  • device/session records;
  • app event logs;
  • fraud and abuse signals;
  • support history.
Wallet and coin-related decisions may be based on Fahdu’s internal records, payment provider records, app store records, technical logs, and support records. If user-provided information conflicts with Fahdu’s verified records, Fahdu may rely on its verified internal records and payment provider confirmations.

No Interest or Cash Benefit

Coins and wallet credits do not earn interest. Users are not entitled to any interest, appreciation, bonus, compensation, or cash benefit on unused coins, wallet balance, bonus credits, promotional credits, or delayed usage.

No Transfer or Resale

Users must not sell, resell, transfer, trade, barter, exchange, gift, assign, or commercially exploit Fahdu coins, wallet credits, account balance, subscriptions, creator access, or paid features. Any such activity may result in cancellation of coins, account restriction, suspension, termination, or other action under Fahdu’s policies.

Changes to Coins, Wallet, and Pricing

Fahdu may modify coin packs, wallet rules, feature pricing, recharge amounts, promotional credit rules, bonus structures, expiry rules, refund eligibility, or usage conditions from time to time. Changes may be communicated through the app, website, checkout screen, policy update, campaign terms, or other official channels. Continued use of Fahdu after such changes means the user accepts the updated rules.
