Fahdu's Refund Policy

We, at Fahdu, strive to ensure that our users have a satisfying experience on our app. In case you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund as per the terms and conditions mentioned below.

Refund Eligibility:

Our refund policy is applicable only for digital assets that are purchased from the Fahdu app. Refunds can be requested within 7 days from the date of purchase. If the digital asset has been downloaded or viewed by the user, it is not eligible for a refund. We do not offer refunds for purchases made outside the Fahdu app.

Refund Process:

To request a refund, the user must contact our customer support team at contact@fahdu.com, providing details of the purchase. Our team will review the request and communicate with the user via email within 2 business days. If the refund is approved, the user will receive the refund amount in the same payment method used for the purchase, within 5-7 business days.

Exceptional Cases:

In case of a technical error or issue with the Fahdu app, we may offer a refund or replacement of the digital asset. If the user has violated the terms and conditions of the app, the refund request will not be entertained. We reserve the right to reject a refund request if we suspect fraudulent activity.
