Fahdu Payment & Payout Policy

Last updated: 06/04/2026
This Payment & Payout Policy explains how payments, coins, creator earnings, platform commission, referral benefits, payout eligibility, payout timelines, payout holds, deductions, refunds, chargebacks, taxes, and payment disputes are handled on Fahdu. This Policy applies to all users, creators, creator applicants, subscribers, account holders, and anyone using Fahdu’s payment, wallet, coin, subscription, creator earning, or payout features. By using Fahdu, purchasing coins, spending coins, subscribing to creators, using paid chats, joining live streams, making calls, sending tips, contributing to wishlist items, receiving creator earnings, or requesting payouts, you agree to this Payment & Payout Policy along with Fahdu’s User Terms of Service, Creator Terms, Refund Policy, Coins & Wallet Policy, Privacy Policy, Account Deletion Policy, Community Guidelines, CSAE and Child Safety Policy, and other applicable Fahdu policies.

1. Purpose of this Policy

This Policy is designed to clearly explain:
  • how users make payments on Fahdu;
  • how coins are purchased and used;
  • how creator earnings are calculated;
  • how platform commission is applied;
  • how creator payouts are processed;
  • what information creators must provide for payouts;
  • when payouts may be delayed, held, deducted, adjusted, or rejected;
  • how refunds, reversals, and chargebacks affect creator earnings;
  • how failed payments and duplicate payments are handled;
  • what tax and compliance responsibilities apply.

2. Fahdu’s Payment Model

Fahdu is a digital creator-interaction platform where users may pay to access creator-led digital services and interactions. Users may make payments or spend coins for features such as:
  • coin recharges;
  • creator subscriptions;
  • paid chats;
  • locked replies;
  • voice calls;
  • video calls;
  • live streams;
  • wishlist contributions;
  • tips;
  • unlocked content;
  • digital assets;
  • other paid creator features available on Fahdu.
Creators may earn from eligible user transactions, subject to platform commission, taxes, refunds, reversals, chargebacks, payout eligibility, payment settlement, fraud checks, and Fahdu’s policies.

3. Coins and User Payments

Fahdu may allow users to purchase coins or credits through official Fahdu-supported payment methods. Coins are platform credits that may be used only inside Fahdu for eligible paid features. Coins are not cash, legal tender, a bank account, a deposit account, a prepaid cash account, a savings account, or an independent stored-value instrument. Coins cannot be withdrawn by users, exchanged for cash, transferred outside Fahdu, sold, traded, gifted, assigned, or used outside the Fahdu platform unless Fahdu expressly allows it. Coin purchases, wallet balance, failed recharges, duplicate payments, refunds, chargebacks, and coin usage are governed by Fahdu’s Coins & Wallet Policy and Refund Policy.

4. Payment Channels

Fahdu may support payments through one or more payment channels, including:
  • UPI;
  • payment gateways;
  • cards;
  • net banking;
  • wallets, where available;
  • app stores;
  • in-app purchase systems;
  • other payment methods officially supported by Fahdu.
Payment method availability may vary depending on device, operating system, location, app version, payment provider, bank, app store, regulatory rules, and Fahdu’s platform configuration. Fahdu may add, remove, pause, or modify payment methods at any time.

5. Payment Confirmation

A payment is considered successful only when Fahdu receives confirmation from its payment service provider, bank, app store, or internal payment system. A user’s bank account, card, UPI account, or app-store account may show a debit before Fahdu receives final payment confirmation. If the payment is not confirmed, Fahdu may not credit coins or activate the paid service. If the amount is debited but payment confirmation is not received by Fahdu, the reversal may be handled by the bank, payment gateway, UPI system, card network, app store, or other payment partner.

6. Failed Payments

A payment may fail due to reasons such as:
  • bank decline;
  • UPI failure;
  • payment gateway error;
  • app-store error;
  • insufficient balance;
  • network issue;
  • incorrect authentication;
  • payment timeout;
  • risk or fraud block;
  • user-side interruption;
  • third-party payment provider issue.
If a payment fails and no amount is received by Fahdu, Fahdu will not be responsible for issuing a refund from its side. Users should check with their bank, payment provider, UPI app, card issuer, app store, or payment gateway for reversal timelines. If Fahdu receives payment but coins or services are not credited due to a verified technical issue, Fahdu may credit the coins, restore access, provide replacement access, or process a refund as per the Refund Policy and Coins & Wallet Policy.

7. Duplicate Payments

If a user is charged more than once for the same intended transaction, Fahdu may review the matter after receiving complete payment details. The user must provide:
  • registered mobile number or email;
  • Fahdu username/user ID;
  • transaction ID/order ID;
  • payment receipt or screenshot;
  • date and time of payment;
  • amount debited;
  • payment method used;
  • explanation of the issue.
If Fahdu verifies that duplicate payment was received for the same intended transaction, Fahdu may refund the duplicate amount or credit the appropriate coins/service, depending on the case.

8. Taxes and Charges on User Payments

User payments may include applicable taxes, platform charges, payment gateway charges, app-store charges, or other legally applicable charges. The final amount paid by the user may differ from the coin value or creator earning value because of taxes, payment charges, platform commission, app-store rules, offers, coupons, or other applicable adjustments. Users should review the checkout screen, recharge screen, subscription screen, or payment confirmation before completing any transaction.

9. Creator Earnings

Creators may earn from eligible user transactions on Fahdu. Creator earnings may arise from:
  • paid chats;
  • locked replies;
  • creator subscriptions;
  • live streams;
  • voice calls;
  • video calls;
  • wishlist contributions;
  • tips;
  • unlocked content;
  • other creator monetization features enabled by Fahdu.
Creator earnings shown in the creator dashboard may be subject to final settlement, platform commission, taxes, refunds, reversals, chargebacks, payment gateway confirmation, app-store confirmation, fraud checks, policy review, and internal reconciliation. Dashboard earnings are not final payable amounts until they become eligible and approved for payout under this Policy.

10. Platform Commission

Fahdu may deduct a platform commission or service fee from eligible creator earnings. Unless a different written agreement, campaign term, dashboard term, or creator-specific commercial arrangement applies, Fahdu’s standard platform commission may be communicated as part of creator onboarding, dashboard terms, pricing pages, or commercial communication. Where Fahdu has publicly or contractually committed to a specific platform commission, that commission should be applied consistently unless updated through a valid policy, notice, agreement, or commercial term. Platform commission may apply before creator payout and may be calculated based on eligible creator earning value, net transaction value, or another method communicated by Fahdu.

11. Referral Commission or Creator Referral Benefits

Fahdu may offer referral benefits, referral commissions, creator referral rewards, campaign rewards, or incentives from time to time. Referral benefits may be subject to:
  • campaign rules;
  • eligibility conditions;
  • referred creator activation;
  • minimum activity;
  • payment settlement;
  • fraud checks;
  • payout threshold;
  • validity period;
  • internal verification;
  • policy compliance.
Fahdu may reject, reverse, pause, or withhold referral benefits where it detects fake referrals, self-referrals, duplicate accounts, bot activity, collusion, suspicious activity, inactive referrals, manipulated transactions, or policy violations. Referral benefits are not guaranteed unless expressly confirmed under an active Fahdu referral program.

12. Creator Payout Eligibility

Creators may receive payouts only after meeting Fahdu’s payout eligibility requirements. Payout eligibility may require:
  • approved creator account;
  • completed creator verification;
  • valid PAN or tax details;
  • valid bank account details;
  • valid payout method;
  • valid identity or KYC information, where required;
  • minimum payout threshold;
  • settled eligible earnings;
  • no unresolved fraud review;
  • no pending chargeback review;
  • no serious user dispute;
  • no safety or CSAE investigation;
  • no account restriction;
  • no violation of Creator Terms or platform policies.
Fahdu may refuse, delay, hold, adjust, or pause payouts if the creator does not meet payout eligibility requirements.

13. Minimum Payout Threshold

Fahdu may set a minimum payout threshold for creator payouts. Creators may be required to reach the minimum payout threshold before requesting or receiving a payout. The minimum payout threshold may be shown in the creator dashboard, payout screen, onboarding communication, creator policy, or commercial communication. Fahdu may update the minimum payout threshold from time to time. If a creator’s eligible earnings are below the minimum threshold, the balance may remain in the creator dashboard until the threshold is met, subject to this Policy and applicable platform rules.

14. Payout Schedule

Fahdu may process eligible creator payouts according to its official payout schedule. Unless otherwise communicated by Fahdu, eligible payouts may be processed on the scheduled payout day after internal checks are completed. Payout processing may depend on:
  • creator payout request;
  • payout threshold;
  • bank details;
  • PAN/tax details;
  • fraud review;
  • refund or chargeback review;
  • payment settlement;
  • reconciliation status;
  • account status;
  • bank holidays;
  • payment partner timelines;
  • operational review.
Fahdu does not guarantee instant payouts unless expressly stated in writing.

15. Weekly Payouts

Fahdu may process creator payouts on a weekly basis, subject to eligibility, internal review, banking timelines, payment settlement, and operational requirements. If Fahdu communicates a specific payout day, such as Thursday, eligible payout requests may be processed on that day or the next working day if the scheduled day falls on a bank holiday, public holiday, payment-provider downtime, or internal operational delay. The payout schedule may be updated by Fahdu from time to time.

16. Payout Request Process

Creators may be required to submit a payout request through the app, creator dashboard, email, or other official Fahdu process. A payout request may require:
  • creator username/creator ID;
  • registered email or mobile number;
  • PAN/tax details;
  • bank account details;
  • payout amount;
  • confirmation of account ownership;
  • confirmation that payout details are correct;
  • any additional information requested by Fahdu.
Fahdu may reject or delay payout requests with incomplete, incorrect, suspicious, inconsistent, or unverifiable details.

17. Bank Account and Payout Details

Creators are responsible for providing accurate bank account, PAN, UPI, tax, and payout details. Fahdu is not responsible for failed, delayed, rejected, or misdirected payouts caused by incorrect or outdated creator-provided information. If a payout fails due to incorrect details, bank rejection, inactive account, name mismatch, KYC mismatch, or payment partner error, Fahdu may ask the creator to update details before reprocessing. Any bank charges, reversal charges, payment provider charges, or operational costs arising from incorrect creator information may be adjusted where legally permitted.

18. Payout Method

Fahdu may process payouts through bank transfer, NEFT, IMPS, UPI, payment gateway payout, bulk upload, or any other payout method supported by Fahdu. Available payout methods may vary depending on the creator’s bank, payment partner, internal process, compliance requirements, and operational availability. Fahdu may change payout methods or payout providers from time to time.

19. Payout Timeline After Processing

Once a payout is approved and processed by Fahdu, the time taken for the creator to receive the amount may depend on:
  • bank processing time;
  • NEFT/IMPS/UPI availability;
  • payment partner timelines;
  • bank holidays;
  • incorrect account details;
  • payment provider downtime;
  • compliance review;
  • technical issues;
  • regulatory or fraud checks.
Fahdu is not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment partners, UPI systems, app stores, payment gateways, or third-party payment processors.

20. Payout Holds and Reviews

Fahdu may hold, delay, pause, or review creator payouts where required for platform protection, legal compliance, payment integrity, user safety, or risk management. Payouts may be held or reviewed if:
  • user refunds are pending;
  • chargebacks are raised;
  • payment disputes exist;
  • suspicious transactions are detected;
  • abnormal earning patterns appear;
  • fake engagement is suspected;
  • creator misconduct is reported;
  • off-platform payment solicitation is suspected;
  • user complaints are unresolved;
  • content violations are reported;
  • safety or CSAE concerns arise;
  • creator verification is incomplete;
  • bank/PAN details are incorrect;
  • tax or compliance details are missing;
  • creator account is restricted;
  • law enforcement, regulator, bank, or payment partner requires review.
Fahdu may continue to hold payouts until the issue is resolved or risk is cleared.

21. Reserves

Fahdu may apply a temporary reserve against creator earnings where it reasonably believes there is risk of refunds, chargebacks, failed payments, fraud, unusual transaction activity, user disputes, payment reversals, or policy violations. A reserve means Fahdu may temporarily hold part of the creator’s earnings before making them eligible for payout. Reserve amounts and hold periods may vary depending on the risk profile, transaction history, dispute history, payout history, payment method, creator category, and applicable laws or payment partner rules. Fahdu may release, adjust, extend, or apply reserves as needed for risk management.

22. Refunds and Their Effect on Creator Earnings

If a user transaction linked to a creator is refunded, the related creator earning may be reversed, deducted, adjusted, or withheld. Refunds may arise due to:
  • duplicate payment;
  • failed recharge;
  • technical error;
  • unauthorized payment;
  • payment provider reversal;
  • user dispute;
  • policy violation;
  • creator misconduct;
  • chargeback;
  • app-store refund;
  • fraud or abuse;
  • legal or regulatory requirement.
If the creator has not yet been paid, Fahdu may deduct the refunded amount from pending earnings. If the creator has already been paid, Fahdu may adjust future payouts, recover the amount from future earnings, or take another lawful action.

23. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If a user raises a chargeback, bank dispute, UPI dispute, card dispute, app-store dispute, or payment reversal, Fahdu may review the linked transactions and creator earnings. Where a disputed transaction is linked to a creator, Fahdu may:
  • hold creator earnings;
  • delay payout;
  • deduct the disputed amount;
  • reverse creator earning;
  • adjust future payouts;
  • pause creator monetization;
  • review creator conduct;
  • request information from the creator;
  • restrict creator access where necessary.
Creators must not encourage users to file false chargebacks, manipulate refunds, create artificial disputes, or misuse payment systems.

24. App Store and Third-Party Payment Reversals

If a user purchases coins, subscriptions, or digital services through Apple’s App Store, Google Play, or another third-party payment ecosystem, refunds or reversals may be controlled by that third-party platform. If the third-party platform reverses or refunds a payment, Fahdu may adjust the linked wallet balance, user access, creator earnings, or creator payout. Fahdu may not always receive immediate notice or complete details from third-party platforms. Reconciliation may take additional time.

25. Failed or Reversed User Payments

If a user payment fails, is reversed, or is later determined invalid, Fahdu may remove credited coins, restrict user access, reverse creator earnings, or adjust payout records. If a creator earning was generated from a payment that later fails, reverses, is charged back, or is found fraudulent, the creator earning may be withheld, reversed, or recovered from future payouts.

26. Fraud, Abuse, and Suspicious Activity

Fahdu may investigate creators, users, transactions, wallet activity, payout requests, or creator earnings where suspicious activity is detected. Suspicious activity may include:
  • fake transactions;
  • self-transactions;
  • creator-user collusion;
  • bot activity;
  • fake engagement;
  • payment abuse;
  • stolen payment methods;
  • refund abuse;
  • chargeback misuse;
  • duplicate accounts;
  • account sharing;
  • artificial earnings;
  • off-platform payment solicitation;
  • suspicious spikes in earnings;
  • manipulated screenshots;
  • false payout claims;
  • misuse of referral programs;
  • exploitation of bugs;
  • policy violations.
Fahdu may hold payouts, reverse earnings, restrict accounts, terminate accounts, preserve records, or take legal action where appropriate.

27. Creator Misconduct and Payout Impact

If a creator is found to have violated Fahdu’s policies, Fahdu may take payout-related action. Creator misconduct may include:
  • misleading users;
  • not delivering promised digital services;
  • soliciting off-platform payments;
  • harassment;
  • blackmail;
  • fraud;
  • impersonation;
  • privacy violations;
  • user data misuse;
  • illegal content;
  • prohibited adult services;
  • CSAE or child-safety violations;
  • fake engagement;
  • payment manipulation;
  • repeated user complaints;
  • violation of Creator Terms.
Depending on severity, Fahdu may hold, deduct, reverse, cancel, or forfeit affected earnings to the extent permitted by law and platform policy.

28. Creator Account Suspension and Payouts

If a creator account is suspended, restricted, deactivated, or terminated, Fahdu may review pending earnings before releasing any payout. Pending payouts may be held or adjusted for:
  • refunds;
  • chargebacks;
  • user disputes;
  • policy violations;
  • fraud review;
  • safety review;
  • legal compliance;
  • tax or payout records;
  • unresolved creator obligations.
Account termination does not automatically cancel Fahdu’s right to adjust or recover amounts linked to refunds, reversals, chargebacks, fraud, policy violations, or legal claims.

29. Creator Voluntary Exit

If a creator wishes to stop using Fahdu or deactivate their creator account, the creator should resolve all pending matters first. Before creator exit, Fahdu may review:
  • pending payouts;
  • active subscriptions;
  • open user disputes;
  • refund requests;
  • chargebacks;
  • fraud checks;
  • safety concerns;
  • tax records;
  • payout details;
  • creator content;
  • active campaigns;
  • referral benefits.
Fahdu may delay final payout or account closure until unresolved matters are reviewed.

30. Taxes and Creator Responsibility

Creators are responsible for their own income reporting, tax filings, GST obligations if applicable, PAN details, invoices where applicable, and compliance with applicable tax laws. Fahdu may collect PAN, bank details, GST details, identity documents, invoices, declarations, or other tax/compliance information where required. Fahdu may deduct, withhold, report, or adjust amounts where required by law, tax rules, payment rules, platform policy, or compliance obligations. Creators should consult their own tax or legal advisor for their specific obligations.

31. TDS, GST, and Statutory Deductions

Where applicable, Fahdu may deduct TDS, GST-related amounts, withholding tax, statutory dues, compliance charges, or other deductions required by law. Creators may be required to provide accurate PAN, GST details, invoices, declarations, or other compliance documents. If a creator fails to provide required information, Fahdu may pause payout, apply higher deduction where legally applicable, or delay payout until compliance information is complete. Fahdu may provide payout statements, invoices, transaction summaries, or tax-related documents where applicable and operationally available.

32. Creator Invoices and Payout Records

Fahdu may require creators to provide invoices, declarations, or other payout documentation before processing payouts. Fahdu may maintain records of:
  • creator earnings;
  • payout requests;
  • payout approvals;
  • payout failures;
  • bank references;
  • tax deductions;
  • platform commission;
  • referral benefits;
  • refunds;
  • chargebacks;
  • adjustments;
  • disputes;
  • compliance documents.
Creators should maintain their own records for tax, accounting, and compliance purposes.

33. Payment Gateway, Bank, and App Store Fees

Some transactions may involve payment gateway fees, bank charges, app-store fees, card network charges, payout transfer charges, refund charges, chargeback fees, or other third-party costs. Fahdu may absorb, deduct, pass through, or account for such fees depending on the transaction type, commercial terms, payment method, app-store rules, campaign terms, and applicable policy. Where a specific deduction is applicable to creator payouts, Fahdu may show it in the dashboard, payout statement, invoice, or creator communication where operationally available.

34. Payout Adjustments and Corrections

Fahdu may correct payout, dashboard, wallet, ledger, earning, commission, tax, or transaction errors at any time. Corrections may include:
  • adding missing earnings;
  • reversing incorrect earnings;
  • adjusting commission;
  • correcting tax deductions;
  • correcting duplicate entries;
  • removing fraudulent earnings;
  • deducting refunded amounts;
  • deducting chargeback amounts;
  • correcting payout failures;
  • adjusting referral benefits.
If an overpayment is made to a creator, Fahdu may recover the overpaid amount from future payouts or request repayment, subject to applicable law.

35. Dashboard Data and Final Settlement

Creator dashboard amounts may be estimates, pending values, or provisional records. Dashboard data may change due to:
  • refunds;
  • chargebacks;
  • payment settlement;
  • app-store reports;
  • tax deductions;
  • commission;
  • technical corrections;
  • fraud review;
  • payout processing;
  • failed transactions;
  • duplicate transactions;
  • reconciliation updates.
Creators should not treat dashboard amounts as final payable amounts until Fahdu confirms payout eligibility and processing.

36. Creator Payout Statements

Fahdu may provide creator payout summaries or statements showing relevant details such as:
  • payout period;
  • gross eligible earnings;
  • platform commission;
  • applicable deductions;
  • taxes or withholding, if applicable;
  • refunds;
  • chargebacks;
  • adjustments;
  • net payout amount;
  • payout reference.
The exact format and availability of payout statements may depend on Fahdu’s dashboard, internal systems, payment processes, and compliance requirements.

37. Payment Dispute by Creator

If a creator believes there is an error in payout, earnings, dashboard balance, deduction, commission, tax calculation, or settlement, the creator should contact Fahdu support. The creator should include:
  • registered email/mobile number;
  • creator username/creator ID;
  • payout period;
  • payout reference, if available;
  • disputed amount;
  • screenshots or dashboard evidence;
  • clear explanation of the issue.
Fahdu may review internal records, payment records, wallet ledger, transaction logs, refund records, chargeback records, app-store data, payout records, and compliance information before deciding the issue.

38. User Payment Disputes

Users may raise payment, wallet, refund, duplicate payment, failed recharge, subscription, or coin deduction disputes through Fahdu’s official support process. User payment disputes will be handled according to Fahdu’s Refund Policy, Coins & Wallet Policy, User Terms, and Grievance Redressal Policy. A user dispute may affect related creator earnings if the transaction is refunded, reversed, charged back, found fraudulent, or linked to creator misconduct.

39. Off-Platform Payments

All payments for Fahdu features, creator interactions, subscriptions, chats, calls, live streams, wishlist contributions, tips, unlocked content, or paid services must happen through official Fahdu payment channels. Users and creators must not use Fahdu to arrange, request, or accept payments through personal UPI IDs, bank accounts, QR codes, cash, external websites, private subscriptions, social media DMs, or any unofficial payment method. Fahdu is not responsible for off-platform payments. Off-platform payments are not protected by Fahdu’s refund, wallet, payout, support, safety, or dispute processes. Creators who solicit or accept off-platform payments may face payout hold, payout deduction, monetization restriction, account suspension, or termination.

40. No Guaranteed Earnings

Fahdu does not guarantee any creator earnings, payouts, user traffic, subscriptions, tips, paid chats, calls, live streams, wishlist contributions, ranking, promotion, or financial outcome.   • law enforcement request;
  • tax compliance;
  • payment partner requirement;
  • fraud prevention;
  • child safety;
  • CSAE concerns;
  • serious harassment or blackmail reports;
  • user protection;
  • platform integrity;
  • enforcement of Fahdu’s rights.
Fahdu may preserve relevant payment and payout records where required or appropriate.

42. Account Deletion and Payouts

If a creator requests account deletion or deactivation, pending payouts may be reviewed before release. Fahdu may delay deletion or final payout if there are:
  • pending payouts;
  • active subscriptions;
  • open refund requests;
  • chargebacks;
  • user disputes;
  • creator disputes;
  • fraud checks;
  • safety reviews;
  • tax records;
  • legal or regulatory requirements.
Account deletion does not automatically waive Fahdu’s right to adjust, reverse, recover, or withhold amounts linked to refunds, chargebacks, fraud, policy violations, or legal obligations.

43. Data Retention for Payments and Payouts

Fahdu may retain payment, payout, wallet, tax, refund, chargeback, support, and compliance records even after account deletion where required or appropriate for:
  • legal compliance;

44. Confidentiality of Commercial Terms

Creators must not disclose confidential payout terms, internal commission terms, campaign terms, dashboard data, private creator communication, user payment details, or non-public Fahdu business information unless Fahdu allows it in writing or disclosure is required by law. Fahdu may take action against creators who misuse or publicly disclose confidential payment or payout information in a misleading, harmful, or unauthorized manner.

45. Changes to Payment and Payout Rules

Fahdu may update payment methods, payout schedules, payout thresholds, commission rules, tax treatment, dashboard features, fee structures, payment partners, payout partners, risk controls, reserve rules, and related processes from time to time. Updated rules may be communicated through the app, creator dashboard, website, email, support communication, policy update, or other official channel. Continued use of Fahdu after such changes means you accept the updated payment and payout rules.

46. No Waiver

If Fahdu does not immediately enforce any right under this Policy, it does not mean Fahdu has waived that right. Any waiver by Fahdu must be in writing and authorized by Fahdu.
